RETURNS Complaints or reports of shortages must be made to us within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.
All returns for credit must have prior approval from our office. This is a 20% re-stocking charge for merchandise returned
unless merchandise is defective.
CLAIMS It is in your best interest to
fully understand the freight claims policies and procedures outlined by the freight companies
QUOTATIONS All quotations are in effect
for 30 days or until a price change is made by the manufacturer.
WARRANTIES All warranties are the resonsibility
of the manufacturer and subject to terms stated in such warranties supplied to the purchaser by the manufacturer. Seller
makes no warranty either express or implied, including any warranty of fitness of the property for any particular purpose
even if that purpose is known to the seller.
LIABILITY All information on this web
site is compiled from recognized horticultural sources in lieu of all warranties, express or implied, the seller's obligation
shall be to replace such quantity of the product. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct
